I think a combination of the incomplete application and the huge delay USCIS had, it took this long to process. I sent it back immediately and I got approved today. They gave me the same question and for me to sign. "Have you ever murdered someone, committed a crime, etc" question. I checked the letter and it turns out I did not complete one question in the application.
I should also make clear on November 3rd, I received a letter stating they needed more information on my case. It took 5 1/2 months or 162 days to receive notice of approval.
